Select on Autodesk Revit Content Libraries 2017 and click on Uninstall/Change. Make sure your firewall and antivirus is temporarily off. To reinstall the Revit 2017 Content Libraries go back to Control Panel > Programs and Features. When you launch Revit 2017 it will state that there are no template paths or you will notice that when you select on "New" there are no templates to choose from. The downloaded content will extract to the default content locations (C:ProgramDataAutodesk. (It does take a while to remove the content) Uncheck the content and click the Next button. Select on Revit 2017 Content Libraries then click on Uninstall/Change. Go to Control Panel > Uninstall a Program. Or you can remove and re-download the updated content from the Autodesk site.

Add feature by: Control panel > add/remove programs > RAC 2012 > add feature > add metric content.Problem is that the build-in families are still in inches.

Using the Imperial template (that I do have) and set the units to mm.I do have all the metric library/family content, so no problem there. I have the folder (C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RAC 2012\Templates\US metric), but it’s empty.
